I am a qualified naturopath and medical herbalist, having completed a Bachelor of Natural Medicine. I have also undertaken further training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), allowing me to support both the physical and emotional aspects of health.

We’ll go through your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I create a personalised plan which may include nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support, which we go over together a week later. Follow-up sessions are where the magic happens, this is where we assess what’s working, what’s not, and continue to dig deeper to support lasting change.
