My connection to natural medicine started from an early age, creating potions in the garden and foraging along the West Coast. That curiosity stayed with me and later deepened as I navigated my own health challengers through natural approaches.
Through this, I developed a deep appreciation for herbal medicine and the kind of lasting change it can support. I also came to understand that health isn’t just one thing, it’s shaped by the connection between mind, body, and soul.
This is the lens I now bring into my work with clients. Soma translates to the unity of mind, body, and soul, a philosophy that leads the way I take a whole-person approach to your health.
Outside of clinic, I feel most grounded walking in nature, at a yoga class, or wandering through local markets.
